INSTALL

Up and running in two minutes.

You'll need an Anthropic API key for the write-ups — create one at console.anthropic.com. Transcription itself is free and runs on your Mac.

  1. Open the .dmgDrag Meeting Notes into your Applications folder.
  2. Add your API keyOpen the app, then Settings → General. It's stored in your Keychain.
  3. Connect calendarsAny account in System Settings → Internet Accounts works — Google, Outlook, iCloud.
  4. Start a callPress Record, or click “Start notes” when it offers. Allow microphone and system audio once.

PRIVACY

Your meetings stay yours.

Nothing joins your call and nothing is uploaded until you ask for a write-up.

No audio kept

Speech is transcribed on your Mac by Apple's on-device model. Audio is never saved or sent anywhere.

Plain files you own

Each meeting is a folder of Markdown in Documents → Meeting Notes, sorted by business. Open it in anything.

Your key, your account

Write-ups go straight from your Mac to Anthropic with your own API key. Anthropic doesn't train on API data.
